Lavender Essential Oil

LavenderLavender has a versatile reputation and is one of the most widely used essential oil for soothing and relaxing.  It is a very safe essential oil to use and from the list of aromatherapy uses listed below, you can see it can help uplift, relieve, stimulate, destroy and calm any symptom.  Lavender has a very familiar smell and is used extensively in the skincare and perfumery industry.

Lavender oil has a beautiful odor, described as sweet, floral-herbaceous and refreshing, with a pleasant balsamic woody undertone.  It blends wonderfully with bergamot and other citrus oils, clove oils, oakmoss, patchouli, rosemary, sage clary, pine need oils etc.
